Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from My Store. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return terms below.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must include original tags and proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

To start a return, contact us at bellaqrichi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Final sale or clearance items


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at bellaqrichi@gmail.com within 30 days of your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
