Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. My Store is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s status and expected delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately at bellaqrichi@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it's in transit.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
